A new chapter of life began a few years into marriage—taking her from Jaipur to several cities across India.

Over nearly 22 years of living in different places, she didn’t just adapt to each environment but deeply embraced the culture, language, and people of every city.

From the sweetness of Gujarati life in Ahmedabad, the energy of Telugu traditions in Hyderabad, to the dignified Marathi charm of Pune—she immersed herself in all with equal ease. She also passed this spirit to her daughters, teaching them to view diversity not as a challenge, but as strength.

Despite completing her post-graduation in English, Jyoti’s love for Hindi never faded. As a specialized Hindi tutor, she kindled interest in the subject even among those students who once found it boring.

Her unique storytelling, interactive, and intuitive teaching style has transformed the learning experience—so much so that students who previously had no interest in Hindi now score over 90 marks in the subject.

Through retelling mythological stories from a fresh perspective, she connects children to their roots and cultural heritage.

Jyoti has stood strongly beside her husband, Devendra Sharda—an engineer with over 30 years of global experience, now active in business consulting and known for his innovative mindset.

Devendra often shares detailed insights about his projects with her, nurturing Jyoti’s interest and understanding across various fields.

Despite prioritizing family, she actively contributes wherever possible—offering team spirit, leadership, and her organizational skills in various initiatives and events.

Family Background

Born in the town of Sambhar (Rajasthan), Jyoti is the daughter of Late Advocate Shri Hari Prasad Kabra and Smt. Premlata Kabra, and granddaughter of Late Dwarka Prasad Kabra.

Born on October 20, 1976, she was named Archana (now Jyoti Sharda). She married Devendra Sharda, son of Late Shri Radheshyam Sharda and Smt. Bhagwati Devi Sharda, on May 27, 1996.

The couple is known for their cheerful nature and social involvement, making them a friendly and popular duo among relatives and forums alike.

Their elder daughter, Prerna, holds an MBA (HR) from Pune and currently works in the HR field. Their younger daughter, Dhairya, is pursuing a BA in Advertising from Delhi University.

Jyoti even engages in conversations on finance with her son-in-law, Shubham Laddha, making conscious efforts to learn something new each time.
